Apparently, Panic at the Disco were at one of MCR's Vegas shows, at least according to TheVegasEye.com. Now I really want to read the story where Ryan fanboys the band all night and someone, IDK maybe Jon (he knows some people who know some people or something?), gets him a invitation to meet the band. I just really want a story where Ryan Ross and Gerard Way sit down and talk, you know? It could be EPIC. *sigh*

I must say that this is completely unheard of in the history of my blogging habits.

Anyway, I wanted my own header so I made one. It's very simple, but looks quite nice I think. The colours in the picture go together very well with the overall layout. I had to do some (probably ill advised) tinkering in the code to remove the journal title from the header space though, because the text was placed somewhat unfortunately on Ryan's face.

I'm not quite finished with the layout yet. I really wanted to get some My Chemical Romance in there, because no matter how much I adore Panic, I love My Chem more, but I couldn't find a fitting picture during my late night wanderings. Then I thought why not have the cake and eat it too and put in rotating headers? Good idea Brain! Now I just need to find pictures I like, make the headers, and find out how in the world one goes about making them rotate.

Seriously, the sky is steadily getting lighter outside and I'm at the point where I'm wondering if it's worth it to go to bed at all. I should have been in bed hours ago, I was planing to get an early start this morning, get some grocery shopping done, finish some work, things like that. What am I doing instead of sleeping? Why, I'm watching the making of Nine in the Afternoon like the huge dork I am.

S'good, though I am a bit disappointed that we don't get too see any of Brendon or Ryan's solo scenes getting filmed.

This is my premier post here on IJ. This is also me trying out Semagic and it seems to be working pretty damn good, I must say. I also decided that my days of boring standard layouts are over, but since I myself am no wizard with coding, I sought outside help and found this fantastic layout by Grrliz and Gossymer. I need to do a little tweaking though. I'd really like to put in my own header, just have to figure out what I want. Also, for some odd reason, the whole layout gets all messed up whenever I try to change the urls in the code to the urls for the graphics hosted at my own Photobucket account. I need to think about this and try to figure out how the hell I can fix it.
